We equip ourselves with technology that allow us to optimize the mesh consumption, achieve better product quality in cutting, and obtaining accuracy in the measurements of each piece. We have a very good cutting capacity using automatic cutting machines and specific management software for this purpose.

• We invest on safety and quality:

Our production system is supported by equipment, machines, work tools and modern and sophisticated software that allows us to comply with the clients specifications, efficiently and effectively. However, we are aware that people are always our greatest asset.

• We invest on security:

We have conveyor belt metal detectors with ability to ignore non-ferrous metals, which detect the presence of broken needles, etc. They signal the presence of magnetic and non-magnetic metallic masses, both inside and outside the product.

• We value the identification:

We encode through labels the parts of the pieces to be manufactured according to size, color, or even to identify the right side of the reverse side, for example by orienting the seamstresses in the production stage. We also label the final product, the boxes and pallets, with all the necessary information for the client's logistics.

• We invest on speed delivery:

We have our productive system monitored in its various phases, through previously defined points, carried out by a team of professionals with the required technical skills. In this way, the whole process from the receipt of the order to its dispatch is the subject of a rigorous control.
